No. The deposit of your reservation is made in a depository company, known as “Escrow Company”. This company is an impartial third party that holds the money and manages it according to the agreement signed by the parties. You can visit the site of the depository company Armour Secure.

Your money will be in a depository company with a recognized track record dedicated to providing this service. This company will refund the amount of the reservation to you if you decide not to proceed with your purchase, as specified in the reservation contract. The depositary company is an external entity and is governed by the contract signed between MadrePerla and you. You can visit the site of the depository company Armour Secure.

If you decide to continue with the purchase, you must sign a purchase agreement contract with MadrePerla specifying Unit Number, Detailed specifications of the unit, Price, Payment Terms, and delivery date. Additionally, you must transfer the difference to the custodian company Armour Secure until completing the amount specified as the initial payment in the purchase agreement of your unit.

The amount deposited in the reservation and the complementary amount corresponding to the initial payment described in the unit purchase agreement will remain with the depository company until the MadrePerla construction process begins.

Yes, you can change your reserved unit as long as the new unit you want is available. The level of discount obtained in your initial reservation will be applied to the new unit.
